Providing pre-sales #technical support and technical expertise to solve customer’s business issues. __ Analyzing, designing and elaborating solutions to our customers and conducting technical presentations for customers at all levels. __ Participating in customer engagements and presales activities such as project and/or solutions meeting, presentation, RFP’s response, building BOM including professional services requirement. __ Working closely with ION Business Development #Managers to identify pre-sales opportunities __ Participating or leading in customer pre-sales engagements and working with other stakeholders to propose presales activities, demos, testing, trials __ Preparing for #presales testing activities to introduce Nokia’s ION solutions and to guaranty the success of #Nokia opportunities. The preparation includes but not limited to topology and hardware, high level design, test cases
