Own and evolve the global Delivery process library (workflows, SOPs, stage gates), including Go‑Live readiness criteria with artifacts and checks distributed across HubSpot (deal-level) and Jira (implementation tasks). Strong PM capabilities: planning/execution, RAID logs, stakeholder management, and change enablement; able to align cross-functional teams to clear milestones. Working knowledge of BPMN/lightweight process tools; integrating controls, SLAs/OLAs, and quality checks into HubSpot properties/pipelines and Jira workflows. Excellent written/verbal communication; crisp SOPs/templates, strong facilitation. Nice to have: operationalizing AI guardrails and policy-to-process translation; HubSpot admin/Jira workflow scheme experience.
