As the Sr. Director of #Planning & Inventory Management, you will play a critical leadership role in connecting financial, assortment, and inventory strategies to deliver enterprise growth and guest satisfaction. Lead the strategic development and implementation of Target’s Direct Store Delivery business model that supports sales and delivers reliability. Collaborate with Business Partnerships & Negotiations to inform vendor strategies and ensure supply continuity and flexibility. Champion transformation efforts in planning and inventory management processes, metrics, and systems to support modernization and scalability. Build and lead a high-performing team culture grounded in accountability and innovation. Coach Planning and Inventory leaders, driving analytical rigor and business ownership at all levels.
