As a Human Resources #Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities: Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and #staffing needs for each area of the business; this includes understanding guests’ needs and ensuring the right mix of experience, and enthusiasm to deliver on the in-store and digital shopping experiences. Support your leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience. Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks. When a guest needs assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs. Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance. Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible. All other duties based on business needs
