Work in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on delivering value to the business __ Develop robust tools for process modeling / optimizations to meet various #business needs __ Enhance the efficiency and reliability of #polyolefins/elastomer finishing processes __ Support manufacturing assets improvement activities including but not limited to development of #design basis and lead/support manufacturing trials  __ Take ownership of assigned tasks and initiate sustainable implementations __ Stay current with developments in process simulation tools and seek new solutions to enhance profitability __ Influence decision-making by introducing new ideas, enhancements, and improvements to existing finishing processes __ Mentor and develop young engineers
