The #Mechanical Facilities #Engineer is responsible for providing mechanical #design engineering and associated #technical support for #Chevron’s Refining, Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) and Specialty #Operations assets. __ This role will be responsible for providing support for field engineering, engineering work package development and other facility engineering related activities. The role is part of the Design Engineering Team at the Chevron ENGINE Center. __ Support day-to-day operations by providing strategic engineering support for the operating assets; this includes design changes, project scopes, long-term #maintenance support, and technical input into long-term process or reliability-related issues. __ Perform Management of Change for design packages and associated changes. Provide support for quality inspections, specification checks on new equipment and associated piping. __ Provide technical support for planned mechanical equipment and piping scopes occurring on site during routine, controlled maintenance or turnarounds.
