Supports the #store #manager by implementing and maintaining a staff structure that minimizes payroll expenses and increases #productivity, __ Assists the store manager by evaluating employees’ performance on a day-to-day basis __ Perform or assist in the completion of all documentation associated with applicants, new hires, payroll. __ Effectively utilize #customer service, training, educational tools, and communication to develop staff in relation to #adidas retail goals. __ Maintains personnel files to company standards. __ Assure adherence to all company systems and procedures. __ Maintain confidentiality of adidas retail operating information. __ Assure compliance with legal statutes and safety guidelines in overall management of store and associates. __ Obtains the necessary skills, experience, and training from daily interaction with store management and outside training to develop necessary skills to assure promotability to the next level. __ Assure adherence to adidas retail visual presentation guidelines. __ Implements the security procedures set forth by adidas head office including, but not limited to shrinkage control, and safety inspections. __ As needed, assists in the development of merchandising, advertising and promotional programs to help meet the sales and marketing goals of the store. __ Resolves customer complaints. __ Assists in maintaining inventory levels by communicating with the store manager overages and shortages of product. __ #Assists the store manager to implement and maintain management systems for planning, organization, and controlling and auditing store operations. __ Other duties may be assigned
