1. Joint sales management and ecological teams to formulate strategies conducive to digital native ecosystem development, and promote the implementation of integrated approaches. __ 2. Develop partnerships with major digital native partners/customers, including but not limited to digital asset, online gaming, live-streaming, e-commerce and fintech etc. __ 3. Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market Partnerships, Product Marketing) to identify and implement growth opportunities to accelerate and strengthen the ecosystem. __ 4. Discovering, capturing, and reporting back learnings from the field about opportunities and challenges related to the digital native industry. __ 5. Demonstrated ability to develop long-term, trustworthy strategic relationships with senior-level executives and technical individuals. __ 6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in industry-specific technologies. __ 7. Promote rapid iteration of Alibaba Cloud products on the customer-end, and support customers to achieve technical goals. __ 8. Provide customers full lifecycle support, integrate all resources to ensure project landing, and detect and resolve product usage problems.
