1) Client Relationship Development and Business Opportunity Development __ - Focus on Key Accounts in telecom industry to built trusts, identify requirements, and create business opportunities. __ - Establish long-term and sustainable relationship with clients by enhancing service and business collaboration, thereby enhancing their experience and promoting resource utilization. __ - Regularly connect with current and potential clients to stay informed about their business plans, budgets, supplier situations, organizational structures, and technological environments. __ - Identify the client decision-making chain, maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, and establish long-term business and technical relationships with client CXOs or CXO-Ds to gain critical support in collaborations. __ 2) Product and Technical Value Communication __ - Leverage an understanding of clients’ industries and business backgrounds to help them comprehend the technical value of Alibaba Cloud products. __ - Be independent. Capable to present Alibaba Cloud's values and solutions to clients; and, with support from SA, explain solutions tailored to client business scenarios, clearly communicating the competitiveness of Alibaba Cloud’s offerings and the business value they can create for clients. __ - Driving Decision-Making and Business Opportunity Conversion __ -Facilitate quick decision-making from clients through effective resource integration and operations, encouraging the adoption and ongoing use of Alibaba Cloud products and technical solutions, continuously creating value for clients. __ - Utilize a range of sales strategies, including communication influence and business quotations, to convert opportunities, achieve performance targets, and realize win-win outcomes with clients. __ - Address issues affecting client experience encountered during product use by pushing for internal resolutions, driving improvements in internal product solutions and processes.
