As a Workday Functional Senior Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following: __ Gathering business requirements and discussing business shortcoming with various clients Build consensus around business processes and design and evaluating current systems and structures Communication of Workday capabilities and discussing the current systems with the staff and observing systems at all levels of organisation Developing strategies and plans to achieve customer satisfaction and efficient use of business’s resources Recommending proposals to revise the methods and procedures and redefine job functions. Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts Configuration of Workday application __ The successful candidate will ideally have the following experience: __ A strong understanding of the relationship between Core HCM and other Workday modules Preferred experience with the HR function and HR processes and associated leading practices Ability to guide a client through decision making #Strong Business #Analysis and #requirements gathering experience
