Review Danone’s current operating model to identify improvement areas aligned with the overall business strategy. __ Evaluate organizational effectiveness and uncover efficiency opportunities through as-is reviews, role and governance model proposals, and right-sizing recommendations based on future needs. __ Analyze and assess organizational change and workforce requests from business units in collaboration with key stakeholders. __ Co-lead capability development initiatives with business leaders, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and organizational requirements. __ Participate in transformational projects related to workforce management and organizational change. __ Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and ensure organizational effectiveness. __ Design the organization’s strategy and roadmap, leveraging best practices and external benchmarks to support Danone Turkey’s overall strategy. __ Monitor and apply organizational development trends and benchmarks to continuously improve operating models and workforce strategies. __ Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including management consulting and/or organizational development. __ Proven experience in process and organizational analysis within large multinational environments. __ Excellent business acumen with strong strategic planning and analytical skills. __ Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. __ High agility and the ability to navigate and manage complexity. __ Collaborative mindset and positive team-oriented attitude. __ Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
