As a Global Finance Analyst - Consolidation, you’ll be at the heart of L’Oréal’s #financial reporting process, ensuring the #accuracy and quality of our #consolidated accounts. Reporting to the Group Consolidation Director, you’ll join a dynamic team of 10 people based in Clichy, collaborating with key stakeholders such as M&A, #CFOs, Chief Accountants, #Controllers, #BEST (Business Service Center), Tax, and #Treasury teams. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Quarterly Consolidation: Support subsidiaries in preparing and reporting consolidation packages, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards. Analysis & Reporting: Contribute to the Group’s consolidated accounts, internal deliverables, and the Universal Registration Document. Transversal Expertise: Take ownership of group-level topics and act as a reference point within the consolidation department. Strategic Operations: Analyze and simulate impacts of acquisitions, mergers, and other structuring operations. Training & Support: Design and facilitate training seminars on consolidation and normative issues for the accounting population.
