Defines the site's SHE policy and implements appropriate action plans Leads SHE action plans Supports the #archiving, frequent updating and control of the factory's #QMS #documentation; Establishes a #QMS audit schedule and ensures #compliance; Supports the QMS action plan and ensures the implementation of corrective and preventive actions Drives SHE investments Manages the operation of security equipment (e.g. STEP) Site human resources management Supervises and supervises his team Leads SHE change projects Relations & Compliance Leads dialogue and relations with social partners.
