Job Description Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:Support wet signature and company stamp coordination.Organize, compile, update employee personnel records and documentation.Support employee personnel file clean-up in the physical archive.Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies in the physical archive).Prepare, manage, and store paperwork and capture e-signatures and wet signatures.Follow up and remind employees to send the signed employment documents back.Coordinate with receptionists and other teams/partners.Support HR administrative tasks based on current needs.Represent J&J in front of local authorities and act on behalf of the (sending or receiving) company if required, in relation to the posting of workers or employment/labor law matters.Support for Japanese-based operations.Who We Are Looking For:Education in HR is advantageous.Experience in Japan-related HR matters is a plus.Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed, team-based environment.Continuous learning mindset – always curious, learns from mistakes, open-minded, willing to learn with others and share knowledge.Great work ethics – reliable, meets deadlines, delivers results, open to receiving feedback.Demonstrates customer orientation and customer service skills.Located within Tokyo and able to perform the role noted above.Acts as a reliable and supportive team member.Positive attitude and flexibility.Fluent in English and Japanese.
