Proactively identify risks or potential threats and assess the impact of both new and existing workflows in advance. Audit Management: Oversee and manage both internal and external audits, ensuring all processes and controls are properly documented and adhered to. Resource Development: Take responsibility for the professional development of team members within your span of control, fostering ongoing growth and capability building. Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to processes, driving a culture of efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization. Certification Requirement: Possess Six Sigma Green Belt certification as a minimum standard. Process Mapping and Documentation: Demonstrate the ability to accurately map out and document processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across workflows.
