About us •    ビジネス部門、社外顧客のIT担当窓口として、コミュニケーション全般を担当する •    新規案件、既存顧客の改修案件などにIT側のプロジェクトマネージャーとして参画し、予算管理、人員管理、スケジュール管理なども行う •    Globalのプロダクトチーム（と連携し、DHLグローバルスタンダードのソリューションを展開する事により、システムの安定稼働、運用コストの最適化、一貫性の確保を目指す •    倉庫業務におけるロボティクス等の新技術導入支援や、データ分析を活用した業務の効率化によりイノベーションを促進させる Responsibilities •    ビジネス部門や顧客のニーズや課題を把握し、適切なITソリューションを提供する •    ビジネス部門や顧客からのフィードバックを収集し、サービスやプロセスの改善を行う •    IT部門とビジネス部門の間のコミュニケーションを円滑にし、相互理解を促進する •    IT部門の窓口として、各部門の間のコミュニケーションを円滑にし、ビジネス側・お客様との橋渡しを行う •    プロジェクトに必要なリソースの特定と確保を行う •    プロジェクトを予算内、期間内で完了するように、策定、管理、実行、監視する •    外部ベンダーの選定、導入フェーズの管理、運用フェーズのサポートを行う Requirements •    7年以上のIT関連職務の経験 •    5年以上のITコンサルタントもしくはプロジェクトマネージャーの経験 •    システム導入の経験 •    流暢レベルの日本語およびビジネスレベルの英語スキルが必須 •    プロジェクトマネジメントの経験 •    さまざまな階層のクライアントに対し説得力を持ってコミュニケーションできること •    挑戦に対してオープンで強いマインドセットを有すること •    積極性、即興性、柔軟性が強く求められる •    外資系企業での勤務経験があれば望ましい •    ERP、アプリ開発、ロジスティクスの経験があれば望ましい •    サプライチェーンもしくは物流業界での勤務経験があれば望ましい
