＜職務概要＞ データセンターを運営するファンドのアセットマネージャーとして、シンガポールオフィスに在籍するデータセンターファンドマネジメントチーム及び日本オフィスに在籍するローカルチームと共同して、以下の業務を行って頂きます。  （扱うアセットは開発型データセンターで、開発から期中運営までを担当頂きます。）    <Role Overview> As an asset manager for fund raised by ESR that operates data center development, you will be performing the following duties in collaboration with the data center fund management team in our Singapore office and the local team in our Japan office.  (The assets you will handle will be development-type data centers, and you will be responsible for asset management covering the entire investment period.)  <業務内容＞ 投資管理業務（投資計画に基づく投資期間中の増資計画を含むキャッシュマネジメント、SPCの設立等のスタートアップサポート及びソーシング、PSAのドラフティング等用地取得のサポート等、日本レベルでの投資を実行するためのコーディネーション）  期中アセットマネジメント業務（シンガポール在籍のデータセンターチームとのコミュニケーション、JVパートナーとのコミュニケーション及び日本在籍のコンストラクションチーム、ファイナンスチーム、経理チーム、法務チーム等との協同による期中オペレーション管理）  融資先銀行、信託銀行、PM 会社への指図、承認等  ファンドマネージャー、レンダー、信託銀行等に対する報告、各種社内部署間の調整  ＜Job Responsibilities＞ Investment operational management (cash management including capital call planning based on the investment plan, SPC start-up support for incorporation of investment vehicles and site sourcing support for land acquisition such as drafting PSA, etc., total coordination for executing investments at the Japanese level)  Asset Management (Operation management during the period in collaboration with the construction team, finance team, accounting team, legal team, etc. in Japan in addition to communication with the data center team in Singapore, communication with JV partners)  Managing instructions and approval requests to lenders, trust banks and property manager or other relevant parties.  Reporting to fund manager, lenders, arrangement between departments  不動産 AM 会社, 金融機関、信託銀行又は会計事務所、不動産鑑定事務所等ファンド関連業務での勤務経験５年以上  英語での実務経験  データセンターに関連する実務経験があれば尚可ですが、必須ではありません。  過去の経験や業務範囲に固執することなく、様々なマネジメントスタイルに対し柔軟な対応が出来る方  EXCEL ワークが得意な方  社内及び社外と円滑にコミュニケーションがとれる方  成長段階の企業で、業務範囲を限定せずに幅広く携わりたいという前向きな意欲がある方   Positive mind to expand your business experience and area in a developing company  Over 5 years business experience in asset management company, financial institution, trust bank, appraisal or accounting firm.  Fluent communication in English on both verbal and writing is required.  Data center related work experience is a plus but not required.  Flexible business style is expecting to adopt a various management style regardless your  experiences in the past or business area.   Professional Excel Skill Excellent Communication skill  Positive mind to expand your business experience and area in a developing company
