＜募集背景＞ ESRでは「HUMAN CENTRIC DESIGN.」を基本理念のもと、安全性、利便性と物流運営の効率性を追求した最先端の物流施設を開発・運営しております。今回、物流施設の増加に伴い新たにLeasing業務をリードしていただくポジションを募集しております。 ＜仕事内容＞ - 首都圏、中京圏、関西圏及び九州において、ESRが開発した物流施設のリーシング活動（テナント付け）を実施する。 - テナント（顧客）との関係構築を通じてニーズを把握し、当社物流施設を通じた最適なソリューションを提案する。 - より多様なニーズに答えていくため、新規顧客を発掘する。 - マーケットの分析を通じ、競合や市場の最新動向を把握する。 - 仲介業者などとローカルネットワークを構築し、リーシング活動のサポート体制を強化する。 At ESR, based on our core philosophy of “HUMAN CENTRIC DESIGN,” we develop and operate state‑of‑the‑art logistics facilities that prioritize safety, convenience, and operational efficiency. With the continued increase in our logistics facilities, we are seeking a new member to take the lead in our leasing operations. Lead leasing activities (tenant acquisition) for ESR‑developed logistics facilities in the Greater Tokyo Area, Chukyo region, Kansai region, and Kyushu. Build strong relationships with tenants (clients), understand their needs, and propose optimal solutions using our logistics facilities. Identify and develop new potential clients to meet a broader range of customer needs. Analyze market trends to stay informed about competitors and the latest developments in the industry. Establish local networks with brokers and other intermediaries to strengthen support for leasing activities. 営業経験、特に不動産業界の経験あれば尚可 １年以上不動産賃貸業、仲介業（物流・オフィス・住宅等）経験者 顧客と信頼関係が築ける高いコミュニケーション能力 物流不動産に興味のある方 物流企業での３PL 営業経験者 宅地建物取引主任者　あれば尚可 Sales experience; experience in the real estate industry is a plus. More than 1 year of experience in real estate leasing or brokerage (logistics, office, residential, etc.). Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients. Interest in the logistics real estate sector. Experience in 3PL sales at a logistics company. Real Estate Transaction Agent license (宅地建物取引主任者) preferred.
