The Role As a Sub-Leader (team size: approx. 10 members) in a customer-facing project focused on Active Directory-based authentication infrastructure, you will lead overall operations management, infrastructure planning, design, build, and security measures. Responsibilities include: Design, build, operation, and maintenance of Active Directory in customer environments Planning and implementation of security enhancement measures (authentication, access control) Incident response, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Customer communication for requirements definition and progress reporting Technical support and progress management for team members Operational support for hybrid environments, including Azure AD and cloud integration Proposal and implementation of optimization for Group Policy, OU design, and access rights management Environment: Software: Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS, ADCS, MDI Scripting Language: PowerShell Your future at Kyndryl There are lots of opportunities to gain certification and qualifications on the job, and you’ll continuously grow as a Cloud Hyperscaler. Who You Are Required Qualifications Experience in building and operating Active Directory, and designing/managing Windows Server environments Experience in customer communication and negotiation, strong troubleshooting skills Experience as a Project Leader or Sub-Leader Fluent in Japanese （Written, Verbal) Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of authentication infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, etc.) Experience with Azure AD or other cloud-based authentication platforms Security-related certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Azure certifications) Desired Personal Attributes Strong customer-facing skills combined with technical expertise High security awareness and ability to proactively propose improvements Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support and guide team members Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
