The Role *Native level of Japanese is required* ■ Job Description This position is for a   Mainframe Technical Leader , responsible for maintenance and operations, technical proposals, delivery support, and team development. The role primarily involves projects in the financial industry, offering a stable environment where you can deepen your expertise while leading a team. It’s a high-responsibility position that allows you to leverage not only your technical skills but also leadership and client-facing capabilities. Work is primarily conducted in Japanese, so   Japanese language proficiency is required .
