The Role 【業務内容】 様々な種類のサーバー/ネットワーク/システム環境の保守管理と障害時の対応まで、運用の全ライフサイクルを幅広く担当いただけます。 （具体的な作業例） 1. 状態チェック 専用の画面で「サーバーが正常に動いているか」を確認 エラーが出ていたら、決められた手順で報告や簡単な対応（再起動など）  2. 定型作業 毎日・毎週のチェックリストに沿って確認 バックアップがちゃんと取れているか確認 ソフトの更新作業をサポート（指示通りに操作） 3. ドキュメント作成 作業した内容を記録 マニュアルや報告書の更新 Who You Are 【必須（MUST）】 ・上司や同僚と円滑に仕事を進めることが出来るコミュニケーション力 ・セキュリティルールを遵守できる 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・ITシステムの運用経験 ・OS/ネットワーク/クラウドなどのIT基礎知識 【その他】 ・英語スキルがあれば仕事の幅が大きく広がります。 Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
