The Role 仙台の技術センターにてサーバーエンジニアを募集します。   ・インフラエンジニアとして サーバー／OS／ミドルウエア／クラウド環境の 要件定義・設計・構築・運用・保守などを担当します。     ・世界をリードする会社/良質なプロジェクトでエンジニアとして多いに成長することができます。           使用技術・サーバー：Windows Server、RHEL、AIX、Mainframeなど ・Cloud、VMware、Linux、Windows、NSX、Oracle、Ansible     　             IBM Mainframe（z/OS、DB2、M、IMS、CICS、NetView、TWSなど） など     《プロジェクト例》 大手銀行/カード/保険/航空/自動車/製造/食品/小売など基幹系システム運用プロジェクト　     （運用・管理実績：20年以上、20～1000人以上の大規模プロジェクト） Who You Are ＜スキル・経験＞   オープン系サーバー、メインフレームどちらでも可     オープン系サーバー     ・サーバーインフラ（クラウド、仮想基盤、Windows、Linux、Unix等サーバーの導入、保守）の基本スキル     ・3−5年程度のオープン系システム（サーバー、クラウド、仮想基盤等）のシステム運用保守又は構築経験     ・ネットワークスキル、経験は必須では無いが、あれば尚可     ・ハードウェア、設備関連スキル、経験は必須では無いが、あれば尚可           メインフレーム     ・メインフレーム（IBM zの導入、保守）の基本スキル（zOS、CICS、MQ等）     ・富士通、日立等IBM以外のメインフレームスキルでも可能     ・3-5年程度のメインフレーム系システムの運用保守又は構築経験     ・ネットワークスキル、経験は必須では無いが、あれば尚可     ・メインフレームOSバージョンアップ経験は必須では無いが、あれば尚可     求める人物像・ソフトスキル     ・新規技術習得に対する前向き、積極的な姿勢     ・主体性、リーダーシップ     ・分析力、ロジカルシンキング     ・ 日本語コミュニケーションが流暢(読み書き話す）   ・英語は必須では無いが、あれば尚可     Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
