Proposal activities, including solution development for implementation and delivery projects. Lead migration projects from a technical perspective. *For delivery projects, your primary role will be to lead the construction project from requirements definition to migration. *You will also be responsible for project concept development. Who You Are [Required] - Experience in delivery of IT help desk service-related projects. *Leadership experience is preferred. - Skills related to IT help desk solutions (Chatbot, ITSM, Copilot, etc.) - General project management skills - Communication skills (ability to directly negotiate and coordinate with customer leaders on projects) [Preferred] - Experience in upstream processes such as concept development - Project management certification, such as PMP - Business-level English proficiency Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
