      JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE ⚫ 事業部戦略を担当ブロックレベルに落とし込み、よりエリアに合致した具体的な戦略立案とその 実行を行う。 ⚫ 担当ブロックの年間販売目標を達成する。 ⚫ 担当ブロックの年間販売目標を達成するために、所属する社員のサポート、能力の向上を行う。 ⚫ 担当ブロックに課せられた目標を達成し、組織を良好に運営することに責任を有する。 CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ⚫ ブロックの年間目標を達成するために、ブロック活動方針・アクションプランを作成し、進捗 行状況を把握しながら最終的に目標を達成する。 ⚫ 事業部の主要製品のSALES実績の分析と販売予測を作成し、販売の進捗状況を把握、管理す る。 ⚫ 経費が計画に従って、適切且つ有効に使用されているかを把握し、適宜修正する。 ⚫ 重要なあるいは影響力のある顧客に定期的に訪問し、良好な関係を構築する。そして、会社に 対する期待や要望を把握し、上長あるいは関連部門に報告する。 ⚫ TMと適宜同行してTMコンピテンシーおよびGrade毎のスキル/ビヘイビアに基づいて強み弱み を評価・把握し、個々の能力を高めるためのディベロップメントプラン作成と実行をサポート する。 ⚫ 上長とタレントの特定について合意し、育成を行う。タレントレビューにて進捗を発表し、進 捗を確認すると共に、より良い年間育成計画を作成・更新し、特定されたタレントの育成を行 う。 ⚫ 部下全員が定められた必須トレーニングを全て完了するよう管理する。 ⚫ 営業実績、顧客の要望、競合会社の動向など担当地区の変化についての正確な情報を迅速に上 長及び関連部門に報告し、事業部としての取り組みに反映させる。 ⚫ 定期的にブロック会議を開催し、ブロックのメンバー個々の成功や失敗事例、課題、競合他社 の動向、顧客の要望などを共有する。又、メンバーの個々の施設の進捗管理や問題解決を行 う。 ⚫ TMの知識、学術知識を常に高いレベルに維持するために、定期的に研修の時間を設ける。 ⚫ 自社製品の価値を普及させるためのセミナーを実施する。必要に応じてマーケティング部門な ど関連部署の協力を得る。 ⚫ 会社の各規則や規程、ビジネス行動規範、及び業界の規範を守り、正しいビジネスを行うよ う、部下を指導する。 ⚫ その他、上長より指示された業務を遂行する。 KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION REQUIRED ⚫ 学位（四年制大学卒） EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ⚫ 営業経験３年以上 ⚫ 同僚などの営業スキル向上のためのサポート経験があること       The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Sales Force       DIVISION: ADC Diabetes Care          LOCATION: Japan > Tokyo : Mita South Tower, Minato-ku       ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:       WORK SHIFT: Standard       TRAVEL: Not specified       MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable       SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Not Applicable
