The Associate Director, Japan Content Enablement and Delivery is responsible for leading and operating BMS Japan’s marketing content ecosystem, with a strong focus on building, activating, and scaling how content is organized, managed, and used across digital platforms.  This role plays a key part in activating new and evolving content capabilities, requiring the ability to navigate complex environments involving multiple processes, stakeholders, systems, and data initiatives. The position ensures that marketing content is clearly structured, accurately labeled, and supported by consistent data and metadata so it can be effectively used across multiple systems and channels.  By applying robust metadata, tagging, and taxonomy standards within the enterprise content management environment, this role enables content to be easily found, reused, adapted, and activated across downstream marketing, analytics, and AI-enabled platforms, supporting compliant, efficient, and scalable content delivery.  With a primary focus on the Japan market within the APAC region, this role embeds local regulatory, language, and market requirements into content operations, while also enabling content reuse across regional and global teams. The position works closely with Japan brand teams, the Japan Commercialization Excellence team, external agencies, technology and analytics partners, and global content stakeholders to drive alignment, coordination, and operational excellence.  The position is based in Tokyo and requires fluency in both Japanese and English.
