Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Include ONLY the Trainees / Interns / Apprentices (temporary assignment in Air Liquide) whom cannot be coded in any other Group Job. The objective is to be able to identify in which Group Jobs the Trainees / Interns / Apprentices are working. Please carefully look at the whole Group Jobs reference list & contact the HRIS Central Team before coding new positions as unidentified   Main Accountabilities 1. Assist in the operational task of department. 2. Contribute in reviewing policies and procedures. 3. Provide support to the team when required. 4. Assist in conducting training, and support smaller projects as requested by the function/department. 5. Provide support in various documentation.
