Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Step into a critical financial role where you will manage the flow of funds and ensure our obligations are met accurately and on time. As an Accounts Payable Analyst (m/f) , you will execute core AP activities, guaranteeing all payments are processed promptly, backed by meticulous analysis and reconciliations. Your precision will be key to maintaining quality and corporate standards across our operations.   Process invoices and credit notes efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely vendor compensation. Act as the primary point of contact for and expertly manage suppliers' queries , maintaining strong vendor relationships. Execute detailed supplier reconciliations (both debtor and creditor balances) to guarantee data integrity. Perform standard controls and checks to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Process Advance/Urgent payments as required, adhering to strict protocols. Provide valuable support on other essential operational tasks within the finance department.   Are you a MATCH?   Degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy (Nice to have, beneficial for career growth). More than 1 year of practical experience in a similar Accounts Payable or financial function. Experience in a Business Services Center is a plus. Experience working in a multinational company environment is desirable. Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
