Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   The Shared Services Learning Support Specialist will be responsible for executing and supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the Learning Support Services function within a centralized shared services model. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks, support learning delivery, and ensure smooth functioning of learning processes for multiple departments or business units.   Learning Needs and Planning Support: Assist in the collection of learning needs from various departments Support the development and management of learning plans by handling administrative tasks related to planning and documentation Learning Offer Management Support: Assist in managing the learning offer, including administrative tasks related to adding new courses and reviewing existing ones Ensure learning offer information is up-to-date and accessible to all employees Learning Delivery and Administration: Coordinate and manage learning sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication for multiple departments Oversee the administration of learning platforms and systems (e.g. Workday) for the entire shared services function, including user support and data entry Manage the enrollment process for learning programs and track participant progress across different units Stakeholder Collaboration Support: Provide administrative support for collaboration with various departments and business unit leaders Act as a point of contact for basic learning and development inquiries from all supported areas, escalating complex issues as needed Reporting and Analysis Support: Assist in generating reports on learning activities and outcomes by compiling data and preparing basic reports Support the analysis of learning data by maintaining accurate records and providing data summaries Continuous Improvement Support: Assist in reviewing and improving learning processes and methodologies by providing feedback and implementing approved changes Stay updated on administrative best practices in learning and development and shared services delivery models   Are you a MATCH?   Proven experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within a learning and development or shared services environment Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in using learning management systems (Workday knowledge is a plus) and other administrative software Basic analytical skills with the ability to compile and present data.
