Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Provide creative direction and olfactive guidance to perfumers to stimulate creativity and deliver winning fragrances. Drive the fragrance development process, managing projects to meet deadlines and cost parameters. Champion the business growth within the category by identifying market opportunities and potential leads. Establish and execute fragrance strategies that align with customer needs and organizational goals. Partner with marketing and consumer insights teams to integrate consumer preferences into fragrance strategies. Leverage market knowledge, consumer insights, and fragrance trends to guide development and innovation. Analyze current fragrance trends and evaluate competitor products to maintain a competitive edge. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting fragrance rationale and market analysis. Ensure compliance with global regulations and standards associated with fragrance development. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor degree preferably in Fragrance development, Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any other relevant discipline. At least 5-6 years Sales or Business development proven track record from Fragrance Industry or, Sales experience in other industries, preferably FMCG or Chemical/Ingredients. Ability to deal with financial concepts/processes (pricing/margin/forecasting) and work with IT systems. Ability to deliver in a fast-changing environment with project management and prioritization skills. Excellent presentation skills, capable in creating compelling communication to drive strategy. Comfortable working in a B2B environment with a positive and service-oriented attitude. Willingness to travel. How Would You Stand Out? Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written. Other language proficiency is a plus.
