Root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive action for troubles occurred in fabrication of semiconductor devices. Activity should be done according to 8D procedure. Cooperation with related engineers is needed. Improvement activity of fabrication process Execution of on-going reliability monitor (ORT): test, data analysis, and failure analysis. Countermeasure for customer compliant. Viewpoint should be both from customer perspective and from LITE internal one. Expected Background: More than 5-year experience on development of semiconductor devices, yield improvement for them, or quality improvement for them. Bachelor degree is needed. Master degree is preferable. Expected Skill: Need to have skills about quality control: FMEA, 5-Why, SPC, reliability test (Aging test, Humidity test and etc.) Better to have skills: Fit calculation, Physical analysis like SEM, FIB and etc., ISO9001 Fluent Japanese speaker and business level English skill including documentation, email communications, and discussion in meeting in English.
