Responsibilities: Responsible for Production and Operation control and coordinate activities in manufacturing to achieving total customer requirement. Supervise and manage production operator performance in order to improve working efficiency Understands procedure and Production control to support build plan Build plan ,Product and operation output (part and products quantity ,  Scarp and production inventory Control) Manage and motivate subordinate to establish the process and improvement products. Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree ,Any flied 2- 5 years work experience in Production Production Supervise level, work experience in the optical and/or electronics manufacturing company is preferable. Work experience with operation and production control. Able to work both day and night shift. Good communications skills, both written and verbal in English. Computer program skill (Microsoft office, excel, word basic) and production shopfloor management system. Competencies Leadership skill / Problem Solving/Analysis. Performance Management.
