Job Description 【本職務は勤務地の指定はなくリモート勤務可】 Role Summary Virtual Service Salesは、担当エリアにおけるPCS製品（麻酔器、モニター関連等のペイシェントケアソリューション製品群）のサービス保守契約（以下MSA=Maintenance Service Agreement）ビジネスの管理運営と成長に責任を持ちます。今後保守ビジネスへの顧客ニーズは多様化します。 自身がエリア顧客のニーズをしっかりと理解し、Virtual Service Sales Leaderが定める戦略のもとでMSAビジネスを推進します。各ブロック・エリアMSAリーダー、エリアサービスリーダー、フィールドサービスエンジニア、チャネルパートナーと連携し保守契約の確実な更新（Renewal）、新規獲得、Price-up、グレードアップ契約（Up Sell）の案件管理と実行を促進します。 Roles and Responsibilities Virtual Service Sales Leaderのもとで、サービス組織の財務的コミットメントを確実に達成するために、販売活動を行う 担当エリアにおけるPCS製品の保守契約を、架電による営業活動を行い、オンタイムでの保守更新（MSA Renewal）や新規獲得、Price-up、Up Sell、を実行する 担当部門（PCS製品、その他あり）のMSAセールスやフィールドサービスエンジニア、機器営業チーム、販売店、本社マーケティング部門と緊密に連携して、ビジネスの成長を支え担当エリアにおける保守ビジネスの売上と利益目標の達成に貢献する 担当エリアのMSAセールスがより顧客訪問による付加価値を提供できるよう、サービスセールスチーム全体の営業生産性の向上に貢献する CRMへの顧客状況の入力、MSAセールスチームへの情報連携、見積作成、契約書作成依頼等の業務を行う Required Qualifications 顧客と架電での交渉が行えるネイティブレベルの日本語スキル 優れた対人関係スキル、自信を持って強い主体性を発揮するチームプレーヤー サービス部門もしくは営業部門における営業経験、または医療関連分野のサービスエンジニアとしての3年以上の経験 フィールド経験に基づき、社内および顧客への影響力を持った一定の交渉能力 顧客のために必要なことを実行するために、社内関係者と連携をとる対人関係スキル 高いコンプライアンス意識 Desired Characteristics インサイドセールス/テレセールスの経験 ビジネス、会話、筆記英語スキル 変化を恐れず変革に取り組み、かつ個人として優れたプロセス指向 GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
