Inclusion and Diversity Job Description 【主な職務内容】 安定検査・出荷に貢献し、リーン生産方式に基づいた改善活動を通じて、安全・品質・納期・コスト・人財向上への貢献 日々の物流・検査チームのオペレーション（安全・品質・納期・コスト・人財）を管理 検査・物流プロセスにおける問題点の特定と解決策の提案・実行 検査設備やIT関連の装置の操作、導入、メンテナンス、およびトラブルシューティング 検査・物流の作業 製品のトラブルシューティング 品質管理基準の遵守と品質改善活動への参加 物流・検査記録の正確な作成と管理 安全衛生に関する規定の遵守と安全な作業環境の維持 物流・検査プロセスの標準化、効率化への貢献 関連部門（営業、製販、ロジスティクス、品質保証、海外工場、製造部門、運送会社）との連携 【応募資格】 高専卒以上（工業系の学科を卒業していることが望ましい） 製造・物流現場での実務経験2年以上 製造装置の操作、メンテナンスに関する知識 品質管理に関する基本的な知識 問題解決能力とチームワークを重視する姿勢 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力（読み書き、会話） 基本的なPCスキル（Microsoft Office等） （望ましい経験）医療機器製造の経験、英語でのコミュニケーション能力 GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
