Global仕様の理解と影響分析 ・Globalからのリリース内容を読み込み、正確に理解する。 ・グローバルの仕様と日本業務のギャップを定義し、リスク/影響範囲を明確化する。 2. 日本固有要件に伴う代替案の設計と合意形成 ・日本市場の業務特性/法規制などをを“ビジネスインパクト”としてグローバルに伝える。 ・グローバル仕様と衝突する場合、代替案を提示し合意を形成する。 3.リリース運営とステークホルダー調整 ・リリースプロセス（スケジュール、要件整理、制約条件）を管理する。 ・国内の営業/オペレーション/ITチームと連携し、リリース準備を整える。 ・必要な設定変更/移行/マニュアルを作成し、影響範囲を支援する。 4.  日本向けUATの整合性チェック（共同責任） ・営業チームと連携し、UATにおける仕様整合性、影響範囲の抜け漏れのチェックを行う。 ・不具合発生時はグローバルと連携し、修正依頼や優先度交渉を行う。 5. リリース後の安定化対応 ・リリース直後に発生する問題に対する対応を行う。 ・次回リリースに向けた改善点を蓄積し、継続的な品質向上に貢献する。 なお、これらの業務は個人が一人で担うものではない。 Commercial Platform Leader及びSalesforce Effectiveness Leaderと連携して実行していくものとする。 【必要なスキル】 Salesforceの基礎理解、業務影響分析スキル、代替案の設計能力、建設的なコミュニケーション力、英語での業務コミュニケーション能力(読み書き+議論)、UAT基礎スキル、自走力 【必要条件】 Globalチームとのメール・チャット・会議で意思疎通ができる Salesforceの基本構造を理解している。 Globalから提供される仕様書を読み、構造的に理解する能力 背景/根拠/論点を整理できる力 意見が異なる相手にも、冷静かつ論理的にコミュニケーションが図れる力 前提条件・論点・決定事項を正しく整理する文書化スキル UAT観点の整理、仕様整合性のチェック、課題管理の基礎 自ら問題点を見つけ、改善テーマを提案し、前に進める姿勢 【あれば好ましい条件】 Salesforce の高度な設定理解（権限、ロール、バリデーション、フローなど 多国間のステークホルダーと議論・調整した経験 医療機器・製造業など“複雑な商談プロセス”を持つ業界経験 意見が衝突した際の調整能力 GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
