Job Description 責任と役割： 本ポジションは顧客及びヘルスケア業界に関連する企業とのコラボレーションやパートナーシップを形成しながらヘルスケア全般的に要求される成果を追求していきます。 主に、顧客が保有する病院運営に係るデータ（電子カルテ/財務データ/労務データ等）や診断治療に係るデータ、医療機器やIoTデバイス（装置・設備関連）データ等、GEヘルスケアが提供するデータプラットフォーム（オンプレミスとクラウドあり）に収集・蓄積されたデータを利活用したコンサルティング・運営支援や新たな運用モデル（GEヘルスケア コマンドセンター）、AI技術活用を含めたソリューションの提案と販売及び将来的なヘルスケア産業のイノベーションに繋がるビジネスパートナーとの共創を探求・リードします。 代表的な責務： 受注・売上目標を達成するための営業活動を実行する 実現可能な顧客課題とソリューションを特定する プロジェクトマネージャーやプロダクトマネージャー、データアナリストやテクニカルサポートチームと連携してソリューション提案を策定する 顧客対話を通じてワークフローや、プロセス、サービスモデル変革に対するコンサルティングを提供する 収益性を確保した提案及び見積を作成する 顧客および社内関係者（国内および海外含む）または外部パートナーとの調整役を担い、戦略的顧客及び販売パートナーとの持続性あるビジネス成長を推進する 新しいソリューションやビジネスモデルまたは創造的オファリングをキーオピオニオンリーダーや製品開発（国内および海外含む）チームと共に創る 必要とされるスキル： ３年以上のビジネス開発やコンサルティング、マーケティング、デジタル/IT業界での営業経験 マーケティング分析やコンサルティング手法の知識、もしくは医療業界の深い知見 多様化した視点を謙虚に学び、創造的思考や工夫をする柔軟性 顧客や社内関係者とのエンゲージメントを向上させる対人スキル 日本語（ネイティブレベル） 英語（読み書きができるレベル） インテグリティーおよびコンプライアンスへの強いコミットメント 海外や国外への出張が可能 あれば望ましいスキルや経験： ディールビジネスの営業実績 コンサルティングやデジタルITの営業・マーケティング、ビジネス開発の業績 熟練されたプリセールスやビジネス分析の職務経験 ヘルスケア業界や関係する事業の業務経験 Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
