The Trade Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role between Marketing & Sales - leveraging brand plans into executable channel & customer plans. The role will work across the portfolio of brands from Jack Daniels Family Brands to the Super Premium portfolio. What You Can Expect Responsible for the Trade Marketing budget across all brand portfolios and channels  Manage key agency partners' deliverables within a specific budget  Develop a program brief and evaluate post-program performance  Coordination of any frequent/ad-hoc requests What You Bring to the Table Translate key Brand Strategy & Initiatives into field sales priorities and customer/ channel plans  Understand channel and retail segmentation to define the performance drivers  Identify key customer & channel opportunities to build brand awareness, trial & penetration - through trade promotions, trade visibility, GWP/ VAPs, etc  Manage & coordinate merchandising material and provision for the sales team implementation  Assist in Customer review & new listing presentations, including planogram & visibility business cases  Build strong working relationships with the National Sales Manager, Channel Managers, Supply Chain, distribution partners, and promotional agencies promptly What Makes You Unique Minimum 2-5 years of marketing or relevant experience Strong communication skills, detail-oriented person Proven track record of successfully delivering brand growth in a highly competitive environment Who We Are We believe great people build great brands.
