Meaningful Work From Day One We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Senior Analyst to serve as a pivotal strategic partner in driving profitable growth across our Japan business unit. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy. You will leverage deep commercial insights from pricing, promotional effectiveness, and market data (Intage/POS) to directly influence Sales and Marketing execution, ultimately ensuring our pricing and investment strategies deliver maximum impact against both volume and margin targets. This position requires a hands-on analyst with a strong financial grounding and the ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive business recommendations for senior leadership. What You Can Expect 1. Revenue Growth Strategy & Execution Lead the implementation and continuous evolution of the RGM strategy across the Japan market to ensure sustainable, profitable net sales growth. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to translate RGM principles into actionable, on-the-ground commercial execution plans. Champion RGM best practices within the organization, serving as the in-market expert and working closely with the Global RGM team to share and leverage insights. Develop and propose standardized processes for granular analysis of pricing, promotional activity, and product performance across all key channels and customers. 2. Commercial Analytics & Pricing Optimization Conduct in-depth RGM analysis utilizing Intage takeaway trends and customer POS data for both our brands and key competitors to generate high-impact commercial insights . Define pricing and promotional strategies by developing quantitative recommendations that maximize ROI and are aligned with global guidelines. Manage the promotional effectiveness agenda, delivering timely, comprehensive post reviews of promotional performance for key brands and customers. Execute price elasticity studies on core brands to inform and project the impact of strategic pricing decisions. Assess and summarize brand pricing positioning versus competitors, formulating 3-year strategic pricing roadmaps and proposing specific price adjustments. Partner with the Sales team to determine optimal pricing and promotional strategies for new product development (NPD), and rigorously monitor performance post-launch. 3. Financial Planning & Governance Support the Finance team with core financial planning and analysis activities, including Month-End reporting/analysis and Forecast submissions . Manage various financial and commercial ad-hoc projects as required to support business decision-making. What You Bring to the Table Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role (RGM, Finance Commercial, or Category Management), with direct exposure to commercial decision-making. Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated strong commercial knowledge of the trade environment, including a proven understanding of the interdependence of commercial, brand, and trade strategy . Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, generating clear, concise, and actionable business insights. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory (e.g., must be expert in pivot tables, advanced lookups/formulas, modeling). Communication: Fluency in Japanese and strong business English is required for effective communication with local and global teams. Independence: Proven ability to manage through ambiguity, formulate logical assumptions, and make independent, well-supported strategic recommendations . What Makes You Unique Direct Revenue Growth Management (RGM) experience. Experience in consumer goods multinational organization. Prior experience working with Intage data and/or Customer POS data . Experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau or other advanced Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, R language).   Job Competencies: Strategic Influence & Communication: Compelling communication skills to present complex data simply and the ability to effectively influence cross-functional partners (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
