Job Description: General Description:  The Sales Training Manager plays a crucial role in supporting employee education and skill enhancement, contributing to the overall growth and development of the company. This position is responsible for planning and implementing effective sales training with a long-term perspective, aligned with business priorities and strategies. Key responsibilities include executing and evaluating training programs, ensuring that the sales team possesses in-depth knowledge of products and related diseases, collaborating with marketing, providing field coaching, optimizing training efficiency, and participating in quality assurance for core courses.   Responsibilities:  • Lead Sales Training: Organize and conduct sales training sessions to ensure the team understands business priorities and strategies. Assess business and team performance with a focus on value delivery, develop training strategies based on identified needs, and create skill development programs. • Training Implementation and Evaluation: Implement and assess the effectiveness of training programs, including courses and workshops, to foster cross-functional cooperation. Use data and feedback to continually improve training initiatives. • Product and Disease Knowledge: Ensure the sales team possesses in-depth knowledge of products and related diseases, applying this knowledge effectively during daily sales visits. • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the sales team fully comprehends and effectively executes marketing strategies. • Field Coaching: Provide on-the-job coaching to sales representatives and regional sales • to track and encourage behavioral changes for ongoing improvement. • Enhance Training Efficiency: Optimize the operational plan for training processes, reduce costs, and improve the efficiency of both online and offline training formats. • Quality Assurance for Courses: Participate in the certification process for core courses offered by internal trainers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance course quality. • This position is responsible for the execution and operation of training initiatives under the direction and guidance of the Senior Sales Training Manager. Qualification Required: Education Required:   Bachelor’s degree or above, medical or related majors preferred   Qualifications:   •    5-8 years of training experience; extensive experience in curriculum design, especially experience extraction and instructional activity design •    3-5+ years of sales experience in an oncology related field; ability to diagnose and identify current business direction in the oncology field  •    Strong project management skills, able to promote cross-departmental cooperation and lead performance projects to achieve results  •    Strong cross-team communication skills, keen insight into cross-functional needs and business models, and flexible in adjusting communication direction. •    Ability to handle emails and documents in English (when collaborating with vendors and internal global teams) •    Experience as a people manager is preferable. Computer Skills:   Basic skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams Experience in hosting webinars/online-training (e.g., Zoom, Teams, ON24) Experience with Power BI/Smartsheet and AI utilization is preferable.
