This role is critical in driving hiring strategies, clearing backlogs, and building strong pipelines for future needs. The TA Lead will work closely with business leaders, agencies, and job boards to ensure timely closures, while also championing fresh graduate programs and referral initiatives to strengthen talent acquisition on the ground.   Key Responsibilities: Manage the existing team with proper delegation of role closures and ensure a robust database for regular hires such as Construction Supervisors, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Sales (New Equipment & Service), and Mechanics. Implement practical solutions to close all pending requisitions and ensure readiness for upcoming hiring needs. Develop proactive sourcing plans, including fresh graduate conversions and referral programs. Agency & Job Board Partnerships: Identify and manage the right external partners to accelerate hiring without over-reliance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing hiring decisions and improving TA effectiveness. Process Optimization: Ensure efficient use of systems (Workday, Avature) and maintain accurate dashboards and reports. Mindset Shift: Promote a culture of proactive talent acquisition and collaboration across teams.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to manage large-scale recruitment and backlog closures. Strong knowledge of Japan talent market and university engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in recruitment systems and data-driven decision-making.
