Job Description: Essential Job Functions: • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technology challenges and delivering customized solutions. • Collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions that address clients' technology challenges. • Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts. Participate in proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations. • Provide insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the Consulting Services division. • Assist in overseeing the financial performance of the division, adhering to budgets, and ensuring profitability. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.
