The Position 会社概要 当社は、スイスのバーゼルに本拠地を置き、世界100カ国以上でビジネスを展開しているヘルスケアのグローバルカンパニーです。 「医薬品事業」と「診断薬事業」の2つの事業を主軸とし、革新的な薬剤、疾患の早期発見や正確な検査のための診断関連機器・試薬などのソリューションを通じて、幅広い領域で医療に貢献しています。 また、グループの強みを生かして、病気の要因に応じて治療を行う「個別化医療」をグループ戦略の中心に据えています。多くの企業が社外でビジネスパートナーを見つける中、当社は、医療全体を幅広く網羅する製品において自由なコラボレーションができる点で、他社と一線を画しています。このことは、開発初期段階において極めて重要な意味を持ちます。医薬品事業と診断薬事業の双方の広域にわたる深い知識やノウハウを備えている当社は、個別化医療の最先端で活躍し、個別化医療を実現するのに理想的な環境にあります。 募集背景 ますます多様化する医療環境を背景としてメディカルのビジネス貢献の重要性が高まる中、ロシュのVision ”Doing now what patients need next” を実現するため、この度Medical Scientific Affairs（MSA）の人員を募集します。 業務内容 MSAグループとしては『臨床上の意思決定の変革および患者アクセスの拡大のため、 戦略的にエビデンスと検査需要を創出し、Roche製品とソリューションの臨床実装を促進します。』をビジョンとして掲げ、日々の活動を行っています。 弊社の有する製品は幅広い専門領域（循環器、内分泌・代謝、感染症、Neurology、Critical Care、Oncology、Women's Health等）をカバーしており、MSAグループでは、2つに分けたUnitが、それぞれ複数の疾患領域に対応しています。各人が、そのUnitが担当する疾患領域の中で複数の疾患領域を担当し、ほかのメンバーと協力しながら、チームとして以下の業務を担います。 Clinical Development（ 臨床開発） PPM（プロジェクトポートフォリオマネジメント）に沿って、適切なタイミングでの製品の確実な上市を目指す。 またビジネス戦略の策定にも貢献し、市販後活動につなげビジネスに貢献する。 Scientific Interaction （ 医学的・科学的見地からのKOLエンゲージメントとエビデンス創出） 医学専門家とのコミュニケーションを通じて、アンメットメディカルニーズを収集し、ロシュ製品の新たな価値の創造と臨床実装の促進・普及を関連部署と連携して進める。 臨床上の意思決定の変革および患者アクセスの拡大のため、戦略的にエビデンスを創出し、検査の需要を喚起する。 必要な経験・能力 医療系資格（医師、歯科医師、薬剤師、看護師）又は学位（関係する修士号又は博士号）を活用して医学的な知見に基づく価値の創造を行い、顧客視点で弊社の成長に必要な貢献を具体化できること。 ホリスティックな視点：総合的なメディカル戦略を考え、実行できる方。 Growth MindsetとOut of Box Thinking：成長思考を持ち、革新的な発想ができる方。 意欲：新しい分野を学び、挑戦する意欲がある方。特に、経験したことのない疾患領域であっても、貪欲に学び、その学びをチームに共有できることを求めています。 製薬、医療機器、または診断薬企業でのメディカルアフェアーズまたは臨床開発の経験を計３年程度以上有することが望ましいですが、未経験でも医療系資格又は学位を有していればキャッチアップすることが可能な環境を用意しており、キャッチアップに努める意欲を生かしていただきたいと考えています。 必要なスキル コミュニケーションスキル：複数人で一つの疾患領域を担当するため、チームメンバーと協業することを楽しめること。 リーダーシップ：日常業務だけでなく、プロジェクトにおいて、職務グレードによらずに、リーダーとなって業務を行うことがあり、こういった経験を通じ、リーダーシップを発揮する場面があります。 英語力：英語の読み書きができる能力は必須。ビジネスレベルの英会話が可能であれば歓迎。 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
