The Position フィールドマネージメントサブチャプターの業務： フィールドマネージメント（FM）では、主にフィールドエンジニア（FE）のサポート業務、機器の修理に必要なスペアパーツの発注・管理業務、FE業務の外注に関する戦略・管理・実行を行っており、その業務の内容は多岐にわたります。 今回募集を行うのは、保守サービスを委託している外注業者との交渉窓口として、品質改善のための交渉や、日々発生する相談の窓口業務をメインに担当頂く予定です。またサービス委託に伴い発生する請求処理なども実施頂きます。その他、以下職務内容に記したルーチン業務もメンバーと協業して実施頂く予定です。 職務内容： FE関連業務における戦略・戦術の作成、フィールドへの展開および実行 FE業務における外注業者の管理（契約、業務実行、問題解決など） 外注業務における他社との窓口業務 外注管理業務（定期点検先、請求対応など） スペアパーツ入出荷対応業務 モバイル関連に関する業務（リモート接続用ルータなどの管理） e-learningのアサイン管理業務 社内むけMonthly Letterなどの作成 その他事務作業 必要な能力・資格： 業務管理、戦略策定、資料作成、プレゼンテーションスキル グループメンバーおよび他社とのコミュニケーションスキル TOEIC 500点以上 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
