Job Description: 【職種概要】 クレジットカード系・中堅規模の銀行・信託銀行系・保険業のアプリケーション開発エンジニアを募集しています。 【業務内容】 アプリケーションエンジニアとして、お客様の業務課題を解決するシステム構築に携わります。 お客様から、一次請として発注された開発業務に従事します。 <仕事の流れ> チームリーダーから提示された設計を理解する。 ウォーターフォール開発の経験がある。 開発言語は問わない オフショアが開発したプログラムをレビューし、誤ったコーディングを指摘する。製造・UT終了後は、内部結合テストを行う。内部結合テストケースを作成し、テストデータ・環境を準備し、テストする。 チームメンバーから教育を受けたうえ、本番リリースを行う。 【 応募資格 / 応募条件 】 ■必須要件 ： ・2年以上のアプリケーションエンジニアとしてのプロジェクト参画経験 以下、望ましい経験 ・スクラッチ開発経験 ・Windows上のオンプレ開発経験あるいはLinux上のオンプレ開発経験 ・プログラムコーディング経験　　     ・複数人によるチームでの開発経験 3名～15名のチームのメンバーとして開発経験がある ・チームワークとチーム内での良好なコミュニケーションを保つことができる ・ リモートワークなど多様性のある働き方をするメンバーに対し、理解をもつとともに、だれかに作業が偏ることがないように、みんなで話し合って改善・協力できるチームワークが持てること ・充分な日本語能力   日本語で設計書、議事録を記述し、お客様と円滑なコミュニケーションをとれること ■ 歓迎条件 (WANT) ・経験の浅い担当者を指導することができる 【求める人物像】 ・わからないことはわからないと明確に表現ができて、改善するためにどうすればいいか、周囲とコミュニケーションをとって業務を進めることができる方 ・健康に気を付け、健全な勤務姿勢で業務遂行していただける方 ・適切な報告、連絡、相談、最低限の社会人ビジネスマナーを理解し、実践できる ・仕事に対する責任感 DXC テクノロジーでは、コミュニティの強いつながりが成功への鍵であると考えています。 DXC のワークモデルは、対面でのコラボレーションを重視しつつ、社員の幸福度、生産性、個々の働き方、そして生活環境をサポートする柔軟性も提供しています。 DXC は、誰もが活躍できるインクルーシブな環境づくりに尽力しています。 DXC は、ソーシャルメディアネットワークを通じて採用通知を行うことはありません。架空の求人情報を、偽のウェブサイトなどのオンラインサービスや、企業を名乗る電子メールを通じて求職者に提供するケースが発見されています。このような電子メールは、不正な採用活動の一環として、受信者に個人情報の提供や支払いを要求することがあります。また、採用プロセスのいかなる時点においても、応募者から金銭や支払いを要求したり、求職者に IT 機器やその他の機器の購入を依頼したりすることはありません。詳細は こちら をご覧ください。
