Responsibilities - your mission The job holder will be responsible for Airbus Finance Risk and Compliance Support   Be part of this team dealing with IT specialists and Business/Compliance Managers Your mission is to support Airbus' Risk and Compliance Systems Department to fulfill its roles & responsibilities You will be exposed to current cutting-edge risk and compliance management tools and innovative projects within and outside Finance functions in an agile environment Liaise with other Stakeholders in Compliance and Internal controls and in the Finance Operations Deploy a set of controls on the various business flows of Airbus entities worldwide Support audits/internal controls review on existing solutions   Tasks & accountabilities:   Internal control recurring review and support audits/internal, review on existing solutions Support auditors’ requests (extractions, collection of evidence, definition of action plans and follow-up) Collaborate with the current team to identify areas for improvement Deploy a set of controls on the various business flows of Airbus entities worldwide Requirements - our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of demonstrable professional experience in a related compliance or finance transformation capacity Degree in finance, IT, or a related technical field Good understanding of Finance Business Processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, etc.) Solid knowledge of SAP Customizing, particularly on modules FI, MM, SD, and CO Proven experience in audit management and supporting complex audit requests Skills in table management (Excel & Google Sheet) Good analytical problem solving, fact-finding skills, and communication skills (written and verbal) Customer-oriented and team spirit Fluent in English Plus points include experience in data engineering/data science, SQL Development/programming, and tools like Hana Studio, Data Analytics, or SAP BIS Benefits - what’s in it for you  The chance to work in a multicultural environment The opportunity to grow your skills and capabilities thanks to our Airbus learning offer (digital solutions, classroom sessions, certified training....) and career opportunities across the globe A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work  A modern office at Parque das Nacoes, well connected to public transportation A motivated and fun crew to grow and build and shape the GBS together An intense and exciting onboarding experience Work in a balanced environment: Beyond the many benefits offered to its employees, joining Airbus is also the guarantee of a respectable work-life balance.
