The role is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of HQ‑led engagement initiatives—from strategic planning through execution and follow‑up—working closely with global and regional teams worldwide. Leveraging HQ‑developed tools and platforms, this role ensures that Nissan’s direction, stories, and purpose are effectively communicated to employees across all regions, fostering alignment and engagement at a global scale.
