It focuses on IR activities to enhance long-term corporate value through transparent disclosure and effective shareholder relations, and Stock Relations team has an important role within IR Dept to enhance corporate value through managing AGSM, Stock Ownership Plans, Timely Disclosures and Treasury Stock Management etc. -Management of shareholder registry -Treasury stock management -Management of Stock Ownership Plans (Employee, Supplier and Executive) -AGSM project management and related tasks -TSE Disclosure related tasks -Support Business Report, Yu-ho, CG report, Integrated report, Extraordinary Report -Support Notice of Convocation -Year-End and Interim Dividend procedures Responsible for equity administration and shareholder management while supporting IR operations, including disclosure activities and corporate event management. The role collaborates closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate disclosure, supporting capital policy execution and financial strategy. -Project-based cross-functional collaboration -Workload fluctuates with peak periods around earnings releases and AGSM season -Hybrid work style (subject to company policy) -Collaborative environment, diverrse workforce ＜Selling point of this position＞ Various roles within and outside of control/finance department ＜Mid term＞ Acquire basic knowledge of stock operations, Tokyo Stock Exchange disclosures, and corporate law. ＜Long term＞ Not only handle stock operations, but also communicate with investors analysts, and convey the company's current status to stakeholders -Professional growth in IR within a dynamic corporate environment -High-impact role supporting corporate governance in a global listed company -Opportunity to influence corporate value enhancement -Gain expertise across various functions such as Treasury, accounting, BOD, Legal, Communications, etc. ＜Skills and Experience Required＞ Must -Determination to take on new challenges -A person who can persistently and diligently handle routine tasks -TOEIC: 700 -Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task -Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills - Self driven with project management capability Want -Quickly establish strong network and relation within the company -English communication skill -TOEIC: 800 -Experience in equity administration at a listed company or shareholder registry operations at a trust bank -Fundamental knowledge of accounting and finance -Strong Japanese writing and communication skills -Understanding of corporate governance and timely disclosure rules -Adaptability to regulatory and market changes ＜Please describe successful candidate image (Personality)＞ The ideal candidate excels in teamwork and demonstrates strong collaborative and communication abilities when engaging with various internal and external stakeholders.
