What you will do in this role As a Customer Advisor, you will: Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels   (phone, email, chat - TBC) . Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to supervisors when necessary. Assist clients with booking, modifying, and canceling travel arrangements. Provide accurate information about travel services, destinations, and company policies. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service delivery. Collect and report customer feedback for service improvement. Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2) Have at least 2 years  experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry. Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
