What you will do in this role As a Customer Support Advisor, you will: Respond to our customers' requests by telephone regarding the use of their card and application; Analyse our customers' needs and personalizing the relationship to better understand their expectations, reassure and support them; Develop a lasting, quality relationship to enrich the Customer portfolio as part of our commitment to Relationship Excellence; Manage the assigned processes, respecting security standards and procedures, demonstrating exemplary behaviour, especially in terms of rigor and integrity.
