What you will do in this role As a Payment Collections Specialist, you will: Proactively reach out to customers with overdue balances via voice or written communication to encourage timely payments. Manage the dunning process, including collection letters, reminders, formal notices, and escalation to senior management and sales when necessary. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to reduce disputes and ensure future payments are timely. Investigate and resolve payment disputes by collaborating with internal stakeholders (sales, customer service, legal). Maintain accurate records of customer contacts and billing information. Ensure efficient collection processes to reduce credit risk and minimize profit loss. Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Are fluent in English (written and spoken at C2 level) Have at least 2 years of experience in Collections for Key Accounts & Agencies in the Digital Industry (mandatory) Have strong problem-solving abilities – are efficient in identifying and resolving customer issues Are empathetic, resilient, and customer-centric – make proof of patience and professionalism If you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
