What you will do in this role As a Customer Representative, you will: Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally. Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues. Attract potential customers by answering questions about their ongoing requests and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs. Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform. Process and respond to contact requests promptly. Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand. Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and are fluent in English (B2) Have k nowledge in Traffic Legislation and Cars: While a driver’s license is not mandatory, knowledge of traffic laws, driving, and general automotive knowledge is highly preferred. Have customer Service: Experience in managing customer requests, handling inquiries, and providing high-quality service across multiple channels (calls, emails, chats, and tickets).
